Common questions
How does VIP fast track work at Phuket airport?
You're met at the gate and escorted past the passport queue — the whole exit takes about 15–20 minutes instead of an hour. It's available on both arrival and departure.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight, so the meeting point and your driver adjust automatically — there's nothing for you to resend.
Is the entry card (TDAC) included?
In the K. Arrival package, yes — filed for each guest before landing. À la carte it's ฿400 per guest.
Can you arrange arrival for a family with small children?
Yes. Children up to 2 are not charged; we plan car seats and a calmer route on request.
Can I pay for just the fast track and nothing else?
Yes — every service above can be booked on its own. The package is for guests who want the whole landing and a concierge on call, not a list to assemble.
