The person behind K.

I'm Kate.

I've lived in Phuket since 2019 — long enough to know how hard the island can be at first: a different mentality, rules of its own, a language barrier, and far too many offers with no way of telling who to trust.

That's why K. exists — the service I once needed myself: one person on the island you can bring any question that matters — and from that moment, it's my worry, not yours.

I curate every request personally, and the house rule is simple: no publicity, no client photos, no details shared with anyone who doesn't need them. Private life stays private.

Client stories

K. isn’t a single service — it’s being looked after for the whole of your trip. Below are three stories from my thirty-seven returning clients, where personal care made the difference. No names — confidentiality by default.

A family with four children · back for a second season

They wrote two months before the flight. The request wasn’t “a villa” — it was quiet, nature, and a place to live out a season with children.

We found one in the green part of Ao Yon: a waterfall nearby, hills and jungle all around. Then came the car, family outings, a nanny, a photoshoot.

One day there was a road incident with a local motorbike. Kate was there within 15 minutes — language, police, doctors, next steps. It ended in light bruises and nothing more.

This season the family is coming back — for a month and a half.

A honeymoon · two weeks

They flew in at high season, when good hotels go fast — and a crowded tourist script was the last thing they wanted.

We found an intimate hillside hotel above Chalong: the bedroom opened onto the sea and the pier, and the hotel itself became part of the experience, not just a place to sleep.

Then — airport meeting, the Similans, jet skis and the Signature Phuket Tour through the island’s quieter corners, nothing like a mass excursion.

Later the couple said the hotel was the highlight of their honeymoon.

A large family · urgent papers, a licence and a day at sea

Nine people: three children, two sisters, a 92-year-old grandmother and a nanny. The family happened to check their passports — the stamps expired the next day.

In one day we prepared documents for everyone, allowing for their different passport situations, and set up the immigration submission. The family arrived at the appointed time for the final step only — no waiting in the common queue.

On the same trip we helped the head of the family with a Thai driving licence: no slots left in Phuket, so an Alphard took him to Phang Nga — the licence was issued the same day.

The finale was a private all-inclusive catamaran day. The crew helped the nanny with the children, and the adults finally, properly rested.

Common questions

How much does a concierge package in Phuket cost for a family?

For a family of four, K. Arrival is about ฿17,000 and K. Island Stay about ฿40,000 — for the whole stay, not per day. The exact number takes one WhatsApp message: how many of you, and your dates.

What if my flight is delayed or lands at night?

Nothing changes for you: we track the flight, and the pickup moves with it. Night landings are met the same way — fast track and your driver will be there.

Is a yacht included in the package?

The sea day is a separate fixed-price module: a private catamaran for up to 10 guests, ฿27,000 for the whole boat, with crew, fuel, drinks and fruit. Package clients get priority dates; in the Full K. Experience the sea day is built into the trip itself.

Do you guarantee the visa or the bank account?

We guarantee the process: the right documents, the right bank branch, a licensed visa partner and support until it’s done. The final decision always belongs to the bank or the immigration office — anyone promising otherwise is selling something they don’t own.

How can I pay?

Whichever way suits you: Wise, SWIFT, crypto, or local transfers in rubles or tenge. The amount is fixed in Thai baht at the day’s rate; details come with your booking in WhatsApp.
